// Legal
Chadwick Games ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile games Ninjas vs. Pirates, DropLetters, and Paws vs. Claws (collectively, the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Apps. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Apps.
We collect only the minimum information required to operate our games:
We do not collect, store, or share:
Our Apps contain no third-party advertising. We do not use advertising SDKs, ad networks, or behavioral targeting of any kind. We never sell your data to advertisers.
Our Apps are suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our Apps do not include social networking features, chat, or user-generated content visible to others, with the limited exception of anonymous daily puzzle scores in DropLetters.
Game progress is stored locally on your device. Deleting the App removes all local data immediately. Anonymous crash logs are retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. Leaderboard entries in DropLetters are retained for 365 days after last activity.
Our Apps use Apple's native frameworks only (GameKit for leaderboards, CloudKit for save syncing, and StoreKit for in-app purchases). We do not integrate any third-party analytics, social login, or advertising SDKs. Apple's own privacy policy governs data processed through these native frameworks: apple.com/privacy.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. Because we collect very little data, most requests can be fulfilled by deleting the App. For any remaining questions or requests, contact us at judgeis@yahoo.com and we will respond within 30 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where required by law, by providing notice within the App. Continued use of our Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

// Support
Having trouble? We aim to respond to every support request within 48 hours.
I lost my game progress. How do I restore it?
For Ninjas vs. Pirates and Paws vs. Claws, your progress saves automatically to your device. If you've signed into iCloud on your device and enabled iCloud for the app in Settings, your save will transfer when you reinstall or move to a new phone.
How do I restore my in-app purchases?
Open the game, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and will restore at no additional charge.
DropLetters isn't showing today's puzzle — what's wrong?
The daily puzzle resets at midnight in your local timezone. Make sure your device time is correct. If the puzzle still doesn't appear, try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, contact us with your device model and iOS version.
The app crashes on launch. What should I do?
Try force-closing the app and reopening. If that doesn't work, ensure you're running the latest version of both the app and iOS. If the issue continues, email us at judgeis@yahoo.com and include your device model and iOS version.
Can I request a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund process. We fully support legitimate refund requests and won't fight them.
Can't find an answer above? Our support team reads every email personally and responds within 48 hours — usually much sooner.
